Why this exists.
I've shipped four products this year, all solo:

01 What if I don't like the design? +
We start from a brief — your colours, your photos, your style preferences. Day 4 is a full revision round. Tell us what to change, we change it within 24 hours. If after that it still isn't right, we'll keep iterating until it is. We're not in this to ship something you hate.
02 Do I actually own the website? +
Yes. The domain is registered in your name. The code is yours. The Google Business Profile is yours. The customer data and leads are yours. If you ever stop paying us, you walk away with everything — site files included. We can hand it to any other developer to maintain.
03 Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. The £59/month is rolling. Cancel with 30 days' notice and you keep your site files, domain, and everything else. We don't believe in trapping people in 24-month contracts.
04 How will I rank on Google? +
Local SEO is built in from day one — proper schema markup (telling Google you're a plumber/electrician), area-specific service pages (one for every town you serve), and Google Business Profile sync. Most clients see organic traffic appear within 60-90 days. Add the £149/month dedicated SEO service if you want us actively pushing rankings.
05 What if I want to update something later? +
Two ways. Tell us — minor updates (phone number, opening hours, new service) are included in the £59/month. Or use the AI-powered admin we set you up with — type the change, it goes live in 30 seconds. Either works.
06 My current site is on WordPress / Wix / Checkatrade. Can you migrate? +
Yes. Your old site stays untouched until launch day. We don't break anything you didn't ask us to. On launch day, your domain points to the new site and your reviews/Google profile carry over. You don't lose any rankings or trust signals.
07 Why £699? That feels low. +
